Press Operator

Duties:
- Operate and maintain press machines to produce high-quality products
- Set up and adjust machine settings based on job specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience operating press machines or similar equipment
- Familiarity with basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments
- Knowledge of tooling and equipment used in press operations
- Experience with plasma cutting, laser cutting, or other related processes
- Ability to perform quality inspections using tools such as micrometers and GD&T
- Proficiency in programming press machines for different tasks
- Experience with press brake machines and the ability to fabricate parts

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
